Mobile Companies facing new problem of unlimted demands of smartphones

Strategy Analytics (SA) said that the annual global market growth slowed in the third quarter at a rate of 16-13 percent in the first half, growth will slow for another 10 percent in the fourth quarter.

"We expect the smart wars escalating between the smartphones and the mobile phones will provide positive total volume upside down in the fourth quarter, but the supply of certain volatile components will lead to some problems so that some suppliers will not be able to supply all their production as per the requirement.”
Handset manufacturers including Nokia and Sony Ericsson a few, "said a shortage of a component to stretch their quarter sales below expectations.

"Hangover recession is going on, with limited impact on component performance," said analyst Geoff Blaber CCS Insight.

"We expect that this would remain a problem in the fourth quarter numbers on smartphones, Tablet compression equipment for the band increases the supply of components," said Blaber.

SmartPhone Boom

Smartphone market continues to boom in sales of Apple's iPhone 91 percent quarter a year ago, when No. 4 supplier of global handset volume.
